Account Deletion Request

You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you and retained, unless an exception applies.

How to submit a request

Send an email to support@profitscanner.xyz with the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

So that we can verify the request, please send it from the email address registered to your account.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Billing is handled by Google, not by us, and it continues until you cancel it in the Play Store.

Cancel there first: Play Store, profile icon, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Profit Scanner, Cancel subscription.

What happens next

Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete your personal information, and direct our service providers, subcontractors and consultants to delete it, unless an exception applies.

Requests are processed manually, so please allow our team some time to action it. We will send a confirmation to the same email address once the deletion is complete.
