PMT Technology built the Profit Scanner app as a freemium, ad-supported app. This service is provided by PMT Technology and is intended for use as is.

This page informs app users and website visitors of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information for anyone who decides to use our service.

If you choose to use our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The personal information we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information collection and use

For a better experience while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email address, user name, profile picture, Facebook ID, Google ID and Telegram ID. The information we request is retained by us and used as described in this policy.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log data

Whenever you use our service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called log data. This log data may include your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

Deletion requests

You have the right to request that we delete any personal information collected from you and retained, unless an exception applies. You can submit a request by email to support@profitscanner.xyz with the subject Account Deletion Request.

Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete, and direct our service providers, subcontractors and consultants to delete, your personal information, unless an exception applies.

Children’s privacy

This service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
